[NFB-Idaho] update on Brian Jain

I learned tonight that Brian passed yesterday. He was actually in Munich.
Apparently he was able to breathe on his own after being taken off life
supports, and he lived longer than I anticipated he would. I will let people
know about arrangements as I learn about them. Brian will be greatly missed.
He was a dear friend and truly cared about blind people.
