[NFB-Idaho] S1075 Rights of Individuals with Disabilities update

Anyone following Idaho Senate Bill 1075, it past the health and welfare committee and was read on the floor of the sun it twice. Yesterday, in the third reading, it was moved to the 14th order for amendment.
Sponsor of the bill, Abby Lee, chose to amend the definition of individual with disability slightly, adding a specific date to the referenced Americans with disabilities act definition.
This move came in response to a negative to reading from the Idaho freedom organization, which is a strong federalist group.
The 14th order of the senates convenience tomorrow, the amendment will be made, and it should return to the Senate floor for a reading on Friday.
