[NFB-Idaho] breakfast vouchers

I checked about the availability of the $6.00 breakfast vouchers, since I
was told that they were no longer available. Our convention contract was
signed prior to that change, so we can get the vouchers. I think the $6.00
price is a good deal. We can have the buffet or order off the menu. They
have a braille menu and I think large print as well.
