[NFB-Idaho] national scholarship finalists

I want to announce that Erin Olsen, from Treasure Valley, an Amelia Palmer
from Cataldo, Idaho, are national scholarship winners. 

I had been advised that they had won early last week, but wasn't allowed to
say anything until the national finalist list was published.
Congratulations! Way to go, Idaho!
