Mary Ellen, please forward this message to your chapter list about our April 21 Treasure Valley Chapter Meeting.  We will be using a Zoom meeting platform.  T J is assisting me with the Zoom meeting and the information is below for logging in by either computer or phone.  We do have some additional directions since we will be using Zoom.  First of all, everyone will be muted and we will have music playing.  I will get on and start the meeting and go over the agenda.  Everyone will remain muted during presentations and then we will unmute you for questions and additions to each report or presentation.  Everyone will need to say their name and be recognized before speaking to avoid speaking over one another.  I look forward to having a good meeting together.

Here is the zoom meeting information and joining instructions.

Here is how to get into the zoom meeting:

Computer
Click on the following link.  This will open your web browser and attempt to connect you to the meeting.  If you do not have the zoom client installed, it will install and run it automatically for you:

If you would like to hear the meeting, you will need speakers attached to your computer.  If you would like to talk during the meeting, you will need a microphone.  If you have headphones with a microphone built in and plugged in, this will work perfectly fine.

If you already have the zoom client installed, you can still click the link above; this will open your zoom client and get you joined to the meeting.

Mobile Phone

If you have an Android or iPhone, you can go to the app store, double tap on the “search” option, and type “zoom” into the search box.  Download the “zoom cloud meetings” application, create an account, and tap “join.”  It will ask you for the meeting ID, which is 207642939.  Once completed, tap “join” once more, select either join via internet audio or phone audio, and you are in!

Land Line

You can join from a land line telephone or using the conventional phone app on your smartphone.  Call the following number to get in:
7207072699.  Once your phone line connects, you will have to enter the meeting ID, which is 207642939.
