[NFB-Idaho] congratulations to our Idaho affiliate for 54 people registered for the 2020 convention

I am pleased to report the registration number. There are a couple of people
that I don't know that are listed as members. I will need to verify their
membership since only members are eligible to vote. Again, congratulations
