Idaho Falls Hosts 2022 Annual Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of idaho

On April 21, 22,and 23 the Snake River Valley Chapter of the National federation of the Blind of Idaho will be hosting  its 2022 statewide convention in Idaho Falls.

The public is invited to participate in the many events and workshops that will be available. some of these include:
⦁ Displays of the latest technology for the blind and visually impaired.
⦁ Sensory Safari, a collection of taxidermied wild animals from accross the globe; probided by Safari Club Intl.
⦁ Meeting the educational needs for the blind and visually impaired of Idaho ⦁ Awarding college scholarships to blind students ⦁ Tapping into the valuable resources and support services available to Idaho's blind ⦁ Sports and recreational opportunities for blind Idahoans.
⦁ Breaking barriers in employment.
⦁ And so much more

The theme of this year's convention is "Dream, Believe, Achieve." Idaho is leading the nation in changing what it means to be blind.
