[NFB-Idaho] we were recognized on the President's notebook

We were recognized for getting our state financials into the national office
on time. Thank you to our treasurer Don Winiecki for his excellent work and
diligence. We also had the appointment of our state historian submitted
before the deadline. I hope this year we can get at least 1 of our
congressmen to sponsor one of our bills.
