[NFB-Idaho] announcing our national representative for the 2022 state convention

I hope everyone is beginning plans to attend our state convention, April
21-23, at the Holiday Inn in Idaho Falls. I received word from our national
president that our national representative will be Amy Rule, who is
president in Massachusetts. I will be talking to her about our convention
and our needs.
