[NFB-Idaho] Idaho legislature struggle over two competing dyslexic related bills

Thanks for alerting us to that Kevin! Puzzles on how the legislature has
two bills and no apparent path to consolidate them.

I will be attending a workshop at BSU today on supporting students with
dyslexia and other neurdivergent conditions.
