[NFB-Idaho] NFBI convention suggestions

Hello, as Chair of the Convention Planning Committee I wanted to make some
suggestion which will make things go smoother. 

 

I hope everyone is gathering door prizes. And as you get those it will be
appreciated if you can have a braille label on each prize saying what it is
and who donated it. 

Of course a print label especially saying who donated it as well. 

 

ON the baskets which will be raffled off, I plan to have the basket itself
labeled but plan to have a description attached to the corresponding bucket
for the tickets. So if you can have the description brailled out ahead of
time I would appreciate that
