Perhaps you could check with Patrick Mittin or Tyler Zumwalt to see if they set this up. They were the first two presidents of the Palouse Empire Chapter. We hadn't had a chapter in that area for a long time, so they might know who set this up.

I am the third President of this chapter and I do not recall anyone setting up a smile account with Amazon. I will ask around a little bit to see if anyone else is familiar with that.
