If you use Ada County Parra transit, you may want to participate in this survey. You can fill out the form or call and set up a phone interview. Feedback is important to improve these services.

Hello all,

My name is Mark Carnopis and I am public information officer for Valley Regional Transit (VRT).

VRT is exploring changes to the scheduling system for our Specialized Transportation programs. We are looking for people who use our services and would be willing to provide feedback both on your experiences using our services and your thoughts on upcoming changes to the scheduling system.

I thank you for your willingness to provide feedback. If you do not want to participate, please let me know.

There are two options to provide feedback:

● I have attached a pdf that you can fill out and send back to me. It is a slightly modified version of the form that I use during my telephone interviews

● I would also be happy to contact you by telephone to conduct the interview if you prefer this method.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me via email or by telephone (work: 208-258-2702 or cell: 208-860-9811). We would like to receive these completed forms (or schedule an interview) as soon as possible.

Mark Carnopis

Public Information Officer
Valley Regional Transit

(W): 208-258-2702

Cell: 208-860-9811

Moving more people to more places more often
