[NFB-Idaho] a few reminders

At this time, the cut-off date for booking a room at the Riverside for our
convention is March 19. There is a chance that this could be extended, but
this has not been confirmed, so please get your room now. Our rate for
conference space is based on the number of rooms we book, so staying at the
hotel is vital. When you register, you will probably be told that the room
rate is $159.00 per night. Please remember that the affiliate will be
placing funds on every room booked so your total cost per night will not
exceed $130.00. This has been arranged with the Riverside accounting office
and our treasurer Don Winiecki. Also, your credit or debit card will not be
charged until you arrive. Lastly the phone for the Riverside is 208
343-1871. I sent out the wrong number on one of my posts and this may have
caused confusion. Looking forward to a great convention. The registration
form is done and will be sent as soon as I know if the hotel room cut-off
date has been revised. Remember if you need additional assistance for your
