[NFB-Idaho] treasurer at nfbidaho.org is no longer working

Hi,

With the new Affiliate webpages up and working, they apparently had to
cancel the E-mail address I was using as treasurer of the Affliate.

Kevin will set up new E-mail addresses after he takes care of some more
background work.

In the meantime, please send any correspondence to the State Treasurer (Don
Winiecki) to the following address.

treasurer.nfbidaho at gmail.com
