The URL to be used for this year's online registration form is as follows: http://tinyurl.com/NFB-ID-2024-Convention. This form is now "live" but in "test mode." It won't take actual credit card information. Instead, it will provide some dummy credit card numbers to be used in test mode.

 

On your form, we still need the following information. I can add these to the online registration form as you get them.

 

*	Room rate
*	Deadline for making hotel reservations
*	Any optional activities for attendees
