[NFB-Idaho] Call our Senators to support H.R.3935 to refund FAA

Now that I did it, a little pep talk:  This is an easy and quick call to 
make to both Sen. Risch and Sen. Crapo.  The switchboard at 202-224-3121 
will connect people to the Senators' offices if you ask for one at a 
time by name and state. Whoever answers the phone in the senators' 
office will take down information and ask your name and address.  The 
bill should be noncontroversial and is supposed to go to the floor this 
week. There are several provisions that will improve air travel for 
blind people.
