[NFB-Idaho] qr code for Idahosblind

I had cards printed with a qr code to help people link directly to 
idahosblind on youtube.  Keven made the code.  We will pass them out at 
the bike ride, and there should be plenty for others to get them for 
distribution.  I gave one to my physical therapist this morning.  She 
was pleased to get it and said she would text it to others.  This code 
just simplifies the process for people to subscribe.  Let me know how 
many you want, especially if you will not be at the Cycle for 
Independence Saturday. If you will be there, please be sure you get one 
or more.   I will be watching to see if the number of subscribers 
increases.  That is the hope.
