> ARRIVAL: Participants should plan on arriving No Later Than 10:45 am. Earlier is always helpful!!! When checking in, feel free to also provide the “Spot #” as provided in the list below.
> As you approach the race track, follow the signs to the “PITS.” At the entrance to the pits, you will see a banner for “BARNHART CRANE AND RIGING” hanging on the fence. This is where you will need to enter.
> Once you have entered, I will be parked to the side in a silver over blue 2010 Ford Flex. (I will be wearing an orange safety vest to help you find me.) This is where you will check in. Please keep the pit road open as large trucks and trailers will be entering the pits! Once you arrive here, I will direct you were to park.
> TRACK MANAGER: We will have at least one participant in a wheelchair.
> SCHEDULE: If your participant is not on the list below, then you have not completed the paperwork! We have room for more participants! Remembering your registration number will help speed up check in!

These are the classes that will be racing: Motion Auto Supply Early Stocks; Eljay Oil Nostalgia Modified; Champion Auto Group Freedom Mods; IWS Sprint Series; NW Focus Midgets; and Can-AM Sprints. Please consider joining the fans and racers for Family Fest Night with awesome food specials all night long. If you would like to purchase tickets for the races, let me know and I will assist you with that.
> Courageous Kids Climbing will also have a display set up and will be selling our ADVENTURE RAFFLE tickets. Please stop by as I would like to know if you made it to the races!!!
> ADVENTURE RAFFLE PRIZES (Winner drawn in August at Moscow, ID. Need
> not be present to win.) 1. Whitewater raft trip for two on the Salmon River with Mountain River Outfitters of Riggings, ID.
> 2. Zipline tour and one day kayak rental for two with AWOL Outfitters of Twin Falls, ID.
> 3. Lake Lopp sightseeing tour in McCall with McCall Helicopters.
> “Local Raffle” prizes will be drawn that evening and include diecast race cars, Dale Earnhardt Junior autographed cap and climbing passes for Coeur Climbing of Post Falls.
