[NFB-Idaho] preparing to appoint the 2025 convention committee

The reason we voted to again go to Burley is cost. We are having difficulty getting prices in Boise that we can afford. This does not mean that we will not return to Boise in the future. We will need to figure out how to make the convention affordable.

Forgive my ignorance, but I thought our convention was in burly last year and so it would be in Boise in 2025? Just wondering.
