After sending a cartridge back today, I phoned the library to be sure when transfers are taking place.  Service is scheduled to move to Utah between September 15 and 26.  They are now preparing a newsletter which will include more detailed info about what to expect, including the Utah phone number.  mailing containers from Idaho may be returned to Idaho.  There will continue to be a small staff in the State library after the transfer.  We will be told more about its function as matters progress.
