[NFB-Idaho] surgeon's report

Many of you know that I had an appointment with my surgeon today. The
surgery is stable. However, I am only allowed to put 20 pounds of pressure
on my knee. This means that I can touch my foot down as long as it isn't
more than 20 pounds of pressure on the knee. I will not be able to use a
walker until I can put 50 pounds of pressure on the knee, which will be
determined when I see the surgeon on June 24. He does think I can attend
convention, but I will be using a wheelchair for most of it. I probably will
be able to use the walker in my hotel room, but that will be all. I have
another month at the Terraces of Boise, since I can't use a walker. That's
all the news for now.
