In particular espresso focused grinders? Are they as inaccessible as they seem or can they be made accessible with a little marking here and there? My concern is that the micron adjustment would be so minuscule for dialing in, it really wouldn’t be feasible as a day to day or bean to bean option.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I’m looking to upgrade from my Baratza virtuoso and it appears like a lot of the espresso grinders are stepless. There are enough stepped grinder in the $200 range, but that’s not going to be much better than what I’ve already got with my virtuoso or my K-Max hand grinder. I’m in search of something of better quality than an entry level/budget grinder.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>On the other hand, if someone’s using a stepped espresso grinder, I’d be curious to know your experience and the model.
