 Good evening students!
As always, feel free to contact me with any questions about tonight‘s
executive meeting minutes.

Attendance: Elizabeth, Janae, Kathryn, Katy
Actions to be taken: Katy will ask the affiliate about the cash bar for
hospitality.
Katy is responsible for sending out information/requesting information for
obtaining games for hospitality
Katy and Kathryn  will work together to organize programming for the
student  division  meeting.
Kathryn will reach out to our preferred representative from Blind Inc.
Janae will ask David about  electronic payment options. Elizabeth will
provide Katy with a student event description for the registration/agenda.

Hospitality on Saturday evening! Game night and ice cream bar. Ideally,
affiliate will provide a cash bar, and the student division will be
responsible for ice cream and toppings.
Fridays convention schedule: parent programming from 1 o’clock until 5
o’clock. Student pool time get together from 12:30 until 2 o’clock. Student
registration begins at  2: 30 with meeting to follow from 3 o’clock until 5
o’clock. Some students will be responsible for a panel during the parent
session. A student outing for dinner is to be organized.
Saturday, there will be a Student/Parent luncheon.
 Please join us for our monthly call on Sunday, September 16 at 7 o’clock
central standard time.
