Hi, friends, below are the minutes from our meeting last Sunday.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me!
Our student call is this Sunday, Feb 17th, at 7:00 P.M. I hope you all can
join!

  Attendance: Kyla, Katy, Beth, Alex.
The NFBI may  be able to help students financially for the Midwest Seminar.
Katy will talk to Scott to see if funding is available.  During our student
call, we will be discussing the NFB scholarship Program. The NFBI board
will create questions to ask the panel of scholarship winners. We will open
the floor for any members who may have questions about the scholarship
process. We would like the NFBI student devision to become more involved in
the NFBI chapter meetings and events so we can bridge the gap between the
NFBI members and student division. We will be interviewing some of the
blind  students in Iowa and will be putting them in our new Member
Spotlight project. We will be posting these interviews on social media so
everyone can get a chance to get to know other students!  Kyla will be
interviewing students, Beth will create questions.           We will be
selling bath bombs and bows at national convention and will hope to  have a
student at our Iowa table to promote our products. If you are interested in
helping, please contact one of the NFBI student division members.   Beth
will be labeling items to ensure that sales run smoothly. Janae will be
talking to David about our treasury. Beth will be informing others about
our meeting via the listservv.
