What is fiber fill? How do you use it?

I have a suggestion. This will give the balls a look of quilting to use
as a tree decoration. All you need is a small amount of poly fiber fill
and some small pieces of fabric cut to about an inch and a half squares.
You will also need something like a cutical stick with a dull point.

Take a piece of fiber fill about the size of a thumb nail and one piece
of fabric. Place it on the ball and use the stick to poke the fabric
around the fiber fill into the ball. continue adding fiber fill and
fabric until the entire ball is covered. Add a hook and hang.
