[Nfb-krafters-korner] Candle Making

Hi!

Years ago, maybe ten or less, I was browsing through a Braille copy of Horizons for the Blind cooking and crafting catalog.  I found candle making equipment, which included boil bags.  Does anyone know what they're used for, how to use them, and where to find them?  I wonder why Horizon doesn't offer that anymore.
