Joyce, some libraries for the blind have newsletters.  There are a lot of 
older people who receive them.  I am not sure, but the NLS might send you a 
list, so you could send them your announcement.  I would think they have 
email addresses for all of them. I am sure that many of the older people who 
read talking books would be interested in craffts and are not sure what they 
can reasonably do.
