Let me restate this for everyone here,.
 
You need to stay on topic of the subject line. If you change   talking 
about the subject that began in the chain of emails please change the  subject 
line.  
 
I don't see the connection with weight watchers and the  "Introduction".
 
If you want to post something that is not craft related Please, please in  
the subject line put "OT" which is off topic and then type a couple of words 
on  what is in the email.  That way folks have a choice to read this if 
they  want, or delete it.
