[Nfb-krafters-korner] Help unsubscribing

Hello, I hardly ever get to the computer these days and have tried, whilst
our family situation is as it is, to unsub from the list for while, but I
can't seem to find how to usub, I have tried several times.. If someone can
arrange to do this for me, I'd be very grateful, I  can't keep up with the
mail at present, . 
I guess you are all making some wonderful new craft things, really hope to
get back sometime later
