Do you have one of a pumpkin that I might have or barrow and see if I can follow the patern?  Sounds like something neet to make.  I find I can learn from samples.  That is how I got in to plastic canvis in the first place.  I made friends with a girl in the copy room, long ago.  She did it and made samples for me.  She even enlarged paterns on the copy machine.  The problem with that is that everything is all black and white.  I might be able to follow it if they were in color or if they were different shades of darkness.  

Let me know if you have pretty good sight and would like to see if you can follow the paterns.  They are copied on that big jumbo drawing paper, maybe 20 by 30, just guessing.  I used to have 20/400, tunnel vision, so that gives you some idea as to what sight level would be good.  
Let me know if you are interested and if they do not work for you, please promise you will shair them with someone else who will benefit from them.

I also do ceramic figurines such as pumpkins and ghosts at the senior center. I also have made door hangers  out of plastic canvas pumpkins and skulls. Those I did when I still had a little bit of sight.
