Anyone ever make plain old popovers?  What's really good is to take the 
basic recipe and add cinnamon to taste -- some say 1tsp but I sometimes add 
a whole tbsp for a large batch.
Just a thought.

Indeed. Once when making blueberry muffins, I realized I had no vegetable
oil, so I used the same measuring of melted butter instead.  My muffins have
since been a favorite among my friends, who loved the alteration and.  I
also don't thaw the berries as it said to do in the recipe, instead I put
them in frozen and bake the muffins a couple minutes longer. But they turn
out much more moist and tasty that way!

People are always altering recipies, on purpose or not.  We were talking
about cookie recipie changes at weight watchers.
You just made a new invention, just as long as they are good.

Joyce, I wonder if I can use that same theory to excuse the fact that I put
peanutbutter chips instead of butterscotch cchips in the cookies I was
