I'm not sure I could explain how I'm doing the I-cord edging unless you
already knew how to do that.  For the rectangle I've used 2 different short
row techniques as well as all knit and knit and purl.

Here in Northern Virginia we got 20 inches of snow in our yard.  My in-laws
on Long Island got 23 inches.  My parents in central New York didn't even
get a flurry.

As a result of the government being closed here in the DC area due to the
snow, I got quite a bit of knitting done today.  I am knitting coffee mug
cozies for gifts for co-workers and others.

Gee whiz here right on Long Island sound wherre I live in CT we got 10

the water as the folks inland get, but things were reversed this time.
