Well congratulations Terry.  Much as I'd like to "punish you" for that 
little weight loss *winky*, I gained 4 pounds over Christmas/new year and am 
really having trouble staying on my diet... and so I can't help but admire 
your success.
(*groan* -- it's resolution season.)

This is not related to crafts, but I hit my 10% goal of weight lost with
Weight Watchers, yesters.  This is like a Christmas presant to myself.
I lost 8 over the holidays!

Things are very busy here at work, since I am watching the phones for an
other office, half day, and have no computer access.

I am so excited for you!  You might spark my interest in searching for
a teacher to teach me how to use a knitting machine.
