Yes, digests started at vol. 1 number 1.  A new volume is started 
each month.  The digests themselves are not archived, but all the 
messages from the list are.  You can go to:
http://www.nfbnet.org/pipermail/nfb-krafters-korner_nfbnet.org

and display a month at a time, by subject, thread or author.

There is supposed to be a search, but it is broken -- we are working on it.
