Hi,
Believe me, if you really want to do something, 
not seeing won't stop you.  Take one step at a 
time and soon you will be running.

I have R P a cousin to your eye problem.  One 
good thing is that we loose our vision slowly. so 
if you keep keeping on you will get the chance to 
learn new skills for each bit of vision that is 
left.  When there is none, you will have built up 
so many skills you will barely notice the blindness.

Well, that is a bit exaggerated. but it is true. 
JUst keep trying to do what you need to do. Stay 
away from the rocking chair and you will surprise yourself.
