[Nfb-krafters-korner] Knitting query regarding casting on.

I love the bamboo needles.  They are kind to your hands.  They  never feel 
cold and with the wood they have a little drag on the yarn so that  helps 
stitches from falling off.
 
I will check out this set from Knit pics.  I wonder how much they  cost.  
Eileen can you get extension cords for longer needles?  I am  working on making a 
blanket for a queen size bed.  I am a little short of  300  stitches and not 
sure how many stitches I will need.  I am going  diagonally and thought it 
might need 450, but I will keep going until it covers  the bed like a blanket or 
maybe a bedspread. .
