[Nfb-krafters-korner] OT computers

I'm not sure how just having one computer on all the time effects one's 
power bill.  Between my roommate and I we have five computers, so at least 2 
are on at all times.
both of us are totally blind though, so for the most part, our monitors are 
turned off, and my computer is a laptop, so I think it uses a bit less power 
than a pc.
