Hello Henrietta, if you can manage to hop on board a ship and come to Oz, I
will have some chocolate mug cake ready, plus the Baileys.  I do love
cooking, I used to facilitate a cooking group for vision impaired people and
we did a lot of cooking classes together, such a lot of fun. I'm wishing the
mug cake recipe had been around then as it is so easy - and delicious.  All
