[Nfb-krafters-korner] Spice bags and gardening

Are these plants easily found in the garden shops or like Home Depot?   
They sound like something that would be nice to have.  Do they grow in the  
house, too???
 
It would be fun to have some good smelling things in the house and able to  
pick them and dry them while hanging in a window.
