If you're talking about tacky glue, it dries clear, but don't' get it on
your clothes, that stuff *never* comes out!

Hi: 

Has anyone used fabric glue?  If so, will it stain?  I want to glue a
knitted backing onto a stitched plastic canvas piece and am wondering if I
smush a bit of glue between the two pieces (on the inside) will it show
through on the visible sides?
