You might want to keep the plastic cases they come in and put braille labels on them. This will work on circular needles.

A needle gauge is either made of plastic or metal. It has holes in it, one hole for each needle size. My gauge has the holes in a diagonal line and the sizes go from size 17 (largest to size 0 (smallest. I pasted dimo labels at the 10, 8, 6 & 5 holes, and I'm quite used to the set up. As the holes get smaller it is a tighter space so more difficult to fit Braille labels on it, so I just count. Whe the needle cant go through a hole I back up one and I know what size needle I have.
For these really small needles, I don't know if there is a gauge that will tell you a triple 0 vs a double 0, you need to keep them seperated from other needles and find a way to label what you keep them in.
