[Nfb-krafters-korner] crocheting with beads

Does anyone know how to knit with beads?  I am interested, but can not pick up the consept of crocheting.  

My big question, with bead knitting, will the bead take the place of a stitch or will you put the bead on and continue counting your stitches as if you were doing regular knitting.

Are there any circular needles small enough to make a cell phone or eye glass case?  The smalles I know of is a circular 16.

Laurie, yest a class on this would be great!  What size beads do we  need?  
I have to order some beads from Fusion within the next 2  weeks.
