[Nfb-krafters-korner] containers for beading projects

Hmm, I forgot. It's bigger than five letters. My mind can't wrap itself around it. *laughing as I drown amidst my millions of bone beads* Whose idea was it to start this project, anyway? It couldn't have possibly been mine. It's those gremlins in my basement, or was it the spiders? I can't be sure. *grin*

Oh, I love storing my split rings, crimps, and headpins in pill bottles. They're fabulous for that. Yikes, I am 443 messages behind on this list! I decided this weekend to sort my bone beads. They're the beads I started working with back in 1999, and in the first couple of years, I made a ton of bone necklaces. Needless to say, I hadn't worked with bone in a long time because, in part, I looked at my bags of bone beads, and they were an amazing mess beyond even my disordered mind. Needless to say, putting the right beads in the right bags took a whole day. I kept asking myself, why on earth would I not have that organized to begin with? Why did I not keep the same beads that are the same shapes and carvings in the same spot? Well, my 29-30 something-year old wasn't anywhere around to answer those questions, so I shook my head often and kept plugging away! By the end of the day, I felt like someone beat me up! What did I learn from that? I hear people talking about
organization and what a good idea it is, and my poor aching head and back found themselves agreeing with that wise statement. We'll see what happens with the O word around this house. *laughing*
