[Nfb-krafters-korner] increase and decrease class

This is to announce that you do not have to sign up for this class.   Since 
time is so short.  I ask that you come prepared to this class with  some 
prepared work.  Using a worstered weight yarn and any size needles  cast on 20 
stitches and stockinette stitch for 3 inches .  Knit 1 row and  purl 1 row. 
 Or do it for at least 12 rows.
