I found this cool thing over on the Braille Press website the place in
Boston, MA. It is called the Braille Carivan. They are blocks that you push
up the pegs to make a Braille letter and then you can link them together to
spell out a word. Suppose to be for kids. Heck, I'm a kid at heart and
the kids could play with my blocks so we can learn together.

That is how I learned the Braille Alphebet. I would bring the perkins to
Girl Scout Camp and bring the alkphebet cards and then I would practice
doing all the kid's nbames. Then they would write me messages and leave them
for me to figure out. Of course we used grade 1 Braille only. I haven't
touched Braille in a couple of years now. So I figured I would order the
carivan. They have to be larger then plain old Perkins Braille dots. The
carivan is $30 and you get 30 blocks in it. It was suppose to be one of the
hottest sellers at all the blind conventions this year.
