[Nfb-krafters-korner] Crafting Summer Camp in CT?

I've done weaving on a lap loom and really enjoyed it.  I've also
worked on a wooden kind that sits on a desk.  It has bars etc, so is
not just the flat kind.  But I've never seen this one.  Can it be made
at home?  I'm assuming that, if I bought one, it would be very
expensive...
