2010 Bead-It-Forward Quilt Project
In its fourth year, the 2010 Bead-It-Forward Quilts Project brought in over 622 beaded squares by artists worldwide. With the new turtle theme, the following one-inch beaded quilt squares are the artistry of Michelle Gamby-Scott, a passionate bead artist who contributed to the 2010 Bead-It-Forward project.
Each beaded quilt combines 100 squares donated by bead artists around the world in an effort to raise money for breast cancer research. The quilts were part of the auctioned items at the Bead&Button Show Bead Social in June 2010, raising over $15,000 for the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer.
