Joyce,

I think you should fill a plastic basin or plastic dish pan with sand, stick
your feet in it, load the ocean sounds on your iPod and sit in front of the
fire.  If you don't want to cover yourself in sunscreen, then you could
light a beachy smelling candle.

Do you think if I glued sand on a piece of paper and turned the heat up real
high, I can think I am at the beach.  I know I will have to download  the
easy sounds of waves onto my IPod.  I don't even have to close my eyes  to
dream...
 
ahhh this is as close as I will get to the beach for now.  You put a  big
smile on my face.
