[Nfb-krafters-korner] Who is interested in hot air balloons?

Theresa,

Here is my take on wire and understand that I am a beginner. The 18 gauge
wire would be good if you were using it in a sculpturing situation where you
needed to bend it into place and have it stay. But, for safety pin beading,
I'll only use 20 gauge. It held great. I also have stumbled onto another
safety pin beader and she has been doing beading 21 years. She only uses 20
gauge. With the 20 gauge, I was able to pull my length off the roll and it
stayed slightly curled with absolutely no kinks. I then started with one pin
and could gently tug on the wire and move it along and could also roll the
piece so my working area was always convenient. And, you won't believe how
much closer the beads just naturally lay. When I order another kit, send
what you will, but I'll probably hang onto any 18 gauge wire and use it for
another project and use 20.

    Greg

Greg I sencond that with the 20 gauge and I am tempted to switch but I was
afraid it wouldn't hold. Are you finding that it holds o.k.?
